Return Policy

 

We operate without stock. Every item is made to order, especially for you.

Please check the size chart before ordering. Returns are not possible.

Is there something wrong with your product? We apply a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can contact us via oleg@olegori.com. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: Oleg Ori, Oude Braak 73, 2310 Rijkevorsel, Belgium.

If your return is accepted, you can return your items to the address above. Items returned to us without first submitting a return request will not be accepted. You can always contact us regarding questions about returns via oleg@olegori.com.

Damage and issues
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess and resolve the issue.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of discounted items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send the refund.
